Hot cutting system can be adopted to all sewing machines. It is improved to cut yarns, round feeding wick, flat feeding wick and columns through heat.
Smart electronic cards are available for our Hot Cutting Systems.
These electronic cards prevents resistance explosions caused by overheating which are experienced very frequently.
Through easily adjustable heat settings, it can easily cut the thickest narrow woven products, columns of big bag carriers (of narrow woven products). Since the side products (yarn, column, wicks) are cut through high temperatures, the cut ends are very clear. The cut parts are seared during cutting. In this way, unwanted appearances are prevented.
